Are you passionate about leading people, business processes, and accounts? As a Client Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for a Client Service team that delivers high quality, efficient service to both internal and external clients within a branch. Reporting directly to the Client Service Director (with a strong dotted-line relationship to the Branch Manager), you will ensure goals and objectives support the Branch strategy.

• Oversee team of Commercial Client Service Managers while managing a commercial book of business
• With a knowledge of industry standards, you will have a direct impact on business outcomes such as; improving client retention, client satisfaction, improving AJG's value to our clients and projects, achieving operating/margin targets, cultivating a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Use technology as a tool to improve productivity and quality.
• With strong written and interpersonal skills, you'll mentor a team of Client Service professionals through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development.
• Effectively project manage multiple competing priorities.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• OR-
• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• P&C License

• Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements.
• Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment.
