Our Clinical Direct Support Professionals are skilled mentors who encourage and support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in the development of skills needed to successfully integrate into both home and community settings.
All new employees are provided comprehensive training in our clinical program. Including but not limited to: trauma informed care DBT skills personal care MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) CPR and First Aide as well as many diagnosis specific trainings. This opportunity provides great career potential for applicants who want to grow in the organization and have a particular interest in dual diagnosis and complex profiles.

HS Diploma or equivalent car with insurance a willingness to be trained in personal care and a minimum of 1 year experience working in direct care. Ability to speak read and write in English required. Ability to successfully pass the 1201 Medication Administration test required. Willingness to drive agency vehicles required.
Benefits for full time: (30 hours/week) employeeseligible on the first of the month following 2 months of employment. Health dental short & long term disability life insurance.
