Position Overview:

As our Marketing Communications Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our proactive marketing and communication campaigns, aimed at boosting brand awareness and fueling our business growth. Collaborating closely with various teams, you'll develop and execute strategic marketing plans and programs, both short and long term. This is a fast-paced role that requires quick thinking and adaptability.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Become the voice of our brand, revamping our marketing strategies and enhancing communication with our target audiences.
Design, develop, and produce captivating marketing materials across owned and earned media platforms.
Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation to reporting, ensuring alignment with sales activities.
Collaborate with the Client Relations team to enhance existing customer campaigns and increase wallet share.
Drive brand awareness through various channels including social media, publications, and other creative avenues.
Analyze industry trends and market insights to continually improve our marketing efforts.
Provide support in the proposal building process and maintain RFP content library.
Stay updated on new practices and technologies to give our business a competitive edge.
Required Experience: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of marketing/communications experience in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Understanding of social media platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
