Firm does work at the PTAB and ITC.

REQUIREMENTS
Seeking midlevel to senior level associate with patent prosecution experience in a biotechnology practice, along with an advanced degree, preferably a Ph.D., in a life sciences technology area. Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number) is required.
