BAE Systems is currently seeking creative, innovative problem solvers to be part of a system security engineering focused group. BAE Systems uses state-of-the-art technology, advanced mathematics, and physics in novel ways to protect our systems and provide our customers with capability that endures. Our engineers design solutions that achieve the optimum balance between product capability and defense-in-depth security. They apply all the lessons learned to our model-based design approach and frequently advance security state-of-the-art. They take their creative and innovative spirit to the extreme by playing the part of adversary through their identification of attack vectors. They propose countermeasures that provide the greatest protection at the best value for the system’s entire lifecycle.

Candidates should be capable of working in a team environment designing and implementing innovative protection schemes with rapidly evolving technologies used in various applications throughout the company.

Our Systems Engineers do a lot of amazing things, but for this role in particular you will: Because of the need for consistent, in person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full­time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required skills : This role involves understanding systems engineering techniques and processes and requires a bachelor’s degree plus eight or more years of work experience.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
