As a Operations Admin at Premier Roofing, you will play a crucial role in coordinating roofing projects, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our General Manager, Branch Sales Manager, and other teammates with day-to-day and project-specific assignments. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and clients are delighted with our services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answering and conducting phone calls
• Managing database entry
• Keeping written procedures up to date
• Preparing reports and contracts
• Preparing new jobs for production
• Fielding requests for payment to vendors
• Applying for permits
• Organizing community events
• Assisting in marketing programs
• Preparing tools for Sales, Production, and Managers
• Assisting other admins as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• $39,000 - $41,000 Annual Salary + Commission Opportunities
