As a member of the properties Leadership Committee, the Area Director of Food and Beverage is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. This position reports to the hotel's Area Managing Director.

The Area Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for all facets if evert Food and Beverage operation.  With 5 Bespoke Restaurant and Bar operations, In Room Dining, Banquet and Event operations and Online Retail operations.

This is a salaried position ranging from $106,000 - $165,600 / year.
