Responsibilities: • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Qualifications: • Self-motivation and drive • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Organized and manages time effectively • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Georgia Real Estate license required or pursuing • Member of a local Real Estate Board • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (oral and written) • Willingness to learn and use new tools, systems, and technologies • Willingness to go where the business is - service within a radius of an hour around our East Cobb office About Company: Janice Overbeck Real Estate serves real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the Greater Atlanta Area.
