Responsibilities
- Process invoices and enter into accounting software.
- Manage bi-weekly check runs and process urgent payment requests.
- Prepare all checks for mailing and back-up documentation for files.
- Assist with month-end, year-end closing, and annual audit.
- Act as the point person for all credit accounts.
- Research and analyze various types of data.
- Process and review credit card usage and expense reports, including reconciling accounts monthly.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Accounting experience with an associates degree in accounting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in fast paced environment
- Must be a self starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
