Job description
As a Product Manager, you’ll use your technical expertise to wholistically drive complex problems to completion. You’ll work amongst the team to scope work, plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project implementation.
You will be working on a small high performing team that will have a high interaction and collaboration quotient to deliver fully integrated EV vehicle systems that achieve aspirational targets associated with cost, weight, efficiency, and exceed operational tolerances required to deliver the ambitious project scope. Engineering trade-offs are minimized by the development of solutions and innovations to minimize settling for an inferior product or solution. This team will be highly technical in nature and will come from engineering and data centric team environments that have had to deliver the holistic end to end engineering life cycle from ideation through design, engineering, test and ensuring efficient industrialization. What you’ll be able to do:
Develop and maintain a strategic vision for our Enterprise Resource Planning software portfolio (including SAP and in house software)
Define product requirement, features, and enhancements.
Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize, plan, and oversee the product development process.
Act as a product evangelist, communicating the product vision and value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor product performance, conduct regular evaluation, and make data-driven decision to optimize product functionality and user experience.
Manage technical relationship with third party vendor.
The minimum requirements we seek:
Proven experience as a product manager, with strong background in the ERP domain. SAP is preferred but not required.
In depth knowledge of the ERP process domain
Demonstrated success in driving product development and managing full product lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audience
