The Opportunity

Building brand awareness and reinforcing that mental and physical availability where it matters, at the point of purchase is what this role is all about. We have a portfolio of growing brands and strong distribution growth so there are lots of opportunities to do new things in new places. This position will report to the Shopper Marketing Manager.  

• Work collaboratively with Shopper Marketing Managers on the execution of programs, facilitating workflow for projects in development, ensuring timely approvals and production delivery.
• Support Shopper Marketing Managers & Experiential Marketing Managers in tracking, pulling, and organizing data from internal and external sources across multiple sales channels & brands.
• Assist Shopper Marketing & Experiential Marketing Managers with securing PO’s, tracking invoices, and performing monthly reconciliation of customer programming accruals in collaboration with the brand team.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies with the Finance department and external vendors.
• Spend time in retail environments documenting and reporting current trends across merchandising solutions, shelf solutions, and marketing solutions.
• Work with shopper marketing managers to build out a monthly shopper marketing newsletter showcasing trends and noting the implications of those trends for our brands.  
• manage an inventory of evergreen/ templated merchandising tools, always available for customer and experiential teams to use for tactical and ad-hoc needs
• Pull redemption monthly across all brands to share with finance and shopper managers.

The Skills you will bring to the team

• A bachelor's degree and 2 years experience of relevant CPG Marketing experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills and can foster internal/external relationships and develop trust/respect of others.
• Some experience executing CPG shopper marketing programs preferred
• Some knowledge of current marketing vehicles including In-store signage, displays, demos, e-commerce, digital displays, social media, etc. preferred.
• Some knowledge of and willingness to learn about retailer-specific media partners (WMC, Roundel, AMC, etc) and the ever-changing approved retailer tactics
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; knowledge of business systems such as SAP preferred
