Job description

Midwest Aircraft Detailers, a leading aviation detailing company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a proven sales track record in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation sector. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including private aircraft owners, aviation companies, and FBOs.
2. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute effective sales strategies. Evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop targeted sales approaches.
3. Quoting and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for aircraft detailing services. Create compelling proposals that address clients' unique requirements.
4. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Communicate effectively to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
5. Commission Management: Implement and manage a commission structure in line with industry standards. Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
6. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of aircraft detailing services and the aviation market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Drivers License
- Aviation Background
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $25.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
- Commission: Competitive commission structure based on industry norms.
