Key Tasks

  • Act as first point of contact for member communication and issue resolution via phone and email, particularly with Accounting Department related topics
  • Maintain ticketing system and weekly reporting, detailing incoming requests, notes on resolution, and amount of time to resolve
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and lead collection efforts using Accounting software and related systems
  • Act as partner and Accounting translator to members and internal stakeholders
  • Ownership of escalation process that utilizes team members for optimal efficiency
  • Process improvement partner with focus on best practices, efficiencies, and internal controls in-line with team objectives in continued high-growth environment
  • Participation in various cross-departmental teams investigating specific issues or initiatives, occasionally serving as lead organizer

Skills and Experience

  • Outstanding listening, comprehension, and oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex scenarios into understandable language
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization, organization, and follow-through
  • Demonstrated customer-focus

  • Minimal 

Physical Requirements 

  • This position requires you to sit at a desk for a prolonged period of time
