Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE :

This multi-faceted role tackles both purchasing and customer service needs at the Bookstore. From processing purchase requisitions within the Minnesota state Marketplace purchasing system to reconciling receipts, assisting customers and verifying invoices, you’ll ensure smooth store operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Purchasing / Inventory Maintenance
Processes and reviews purchase requisitions. Maintain purchasing records in point-of-sale software. Coordinate the return of merchandise.



Accounts Payable Function

Coordinate & process Bookstore invoicing and shipment verification


Backup to Customer Service / Cashiering area


Other Tasks necessary to Bookstore operations

Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and maintain the reputation of the organization as a viable business partner.
