To excel as a Workforce Development Specialist at Alabama Goodwill Industries Inc., you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Education, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus), along with at least 1 year of proven experience in workforce development, career counseling, or a similar role.
