QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Ability to work or troubleshoot in Salesforce administration related task.
- Ability to analyzes code, logs, and current systems as part of advanced troubleshooting.
- Be able to discover and analyze, a hardware or software issue related to E2K, Salesforce, eCruiseStats and sComp.
- Handles calls related to product features, applications, and compatibility standards.
- Records and reports specific technical problems, solving processes and tools that have been used.
- Works with vendor-specific diagnostic guides, tools and utilities.
- Builds moderately complex software units.
- Tests and troubleshoots complex products and services for stable and secure functionality.
- Understands a software product area in depth.
- Describes major similarities and differences between multiple programming languages.
- Participates in planning, applies design patterns, and performs code reviews.
- Describes alternative optimization tools, lifecycle models, techniques and considerations.
- Effectively tests code.
- Helps evaluate software architectures and best practices.
- Helps resolve issues regarding the implementation of software architectural components.
- Fully understands the essential elements of software architecture, platforms and products.

- Helps collect, document and maintain product configuration requirements and instances.
- Has baseline knowledge of all technical and infrastructure components of the software product.

- Helps maintain and disseminate information on customer platforms and experiences.
- Resolves communications problems in multi-vendor environments.
- Performs advanced diagnostic techniques and uses appropriate tools for unusual or performance-related problems.
- Understands the business impact of failure and the criticality and timing of needed resolution so that problems can be avoided in the future.
- Effectively troubleshoots and resolves software issues.
- Creates trouble reports for all issues found and proposes solutions for completeness and correctness.

FINANCIAL/QUANTITIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with development or delivery on any development in Salesforce, .NET, PLSQL and any other project or platform, including 2024 initiatives in 2024 such as Royal Xperience, Seibel, Loyalty, etc.
- Working directly with Royal Xperience delivery and different vendors involved to identify iTravel configurations, GAPS and data mapping.
- Identifies considerations for product integration with multiple platforms and systems.
- Participates in solution design and improvement by collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Writes programs in a specific language and for a specific platform.
- Assists in developing successful applications and performing related testing.
- Prepares and analyzes defect-tracking reports on existing applications.
- Assists in performing volume and load testing during the alpha testing phase.
- Participates in the testing of applications at various stages of development.
- Performs ad hoc testing on recently developed applications or application components.
