Job description

Summary: Senior Accountant skills and qualifications should include applicable degrees and certifications, previous work experience, technical skills, soft skills, and personality traits that are compatible with constantly working long hours with numbers. This position is succession apprenticeship to Controller.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports
• Strong understanding of US tax regulations & compliance
• Strong understanding of Licensing for Construction Industry
• Proven Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Self Motivated, High Energy, Quality Performance with very little supervision

Key Requirements, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 5 year's experience in Percentage of Completion Construction Accounting method.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Travel: 20% Travel Requirement
