A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR
As a full-time Customer Service Representative - CSR, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients via phone, online submissions, texts, or online marketing requests and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and make follow-up calls.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. Because there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with, you are never bored!
