Job description
Canepa is looking for a Service Shop Lead to oversee the activities in the Service Shop. This individual must be service minded, hardworking, and dedicated to providing the highest level of quality in the industry. We are seeking a person who is highly professional and who can work individually, as well as part of a multifunctional team.

Requirements:
Must have a clean driving record with ZERO points on your driving record.
Must be proficient driving a manual transmission.
2-5 years of related automotive service experience.
Motivated and fast paced personality with serious Work Ethic.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to work well with all levels of staff: co-workers and management.
The ability to multitask, make good decisions, move, and lift at least 50lbs.
Detailed Job Description:
Quality assurance of work performed/deliverable.
Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementations and administration of company policies and procedures.
Delegates work duties to 3-4 other employees; ensuring work is distributed efficiently.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of each project.
Effectively communicates all relevant project information throughout organization.
Documents all phases of each project (written and photo).

Compensation: Starts at $29.00/hour BOE
