Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Native English speaker, knowing other languages is a plus - Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Operations and Marketing teams
Have a certain understanding of photo/video editing product, can experience functions of the product in depth and put forward optimisation ideas with construction significance.
Responsible for copywriting which the product and operation teams need to pay particular attention to(for promotion campaigns, go viral effect, etc.)
