Health Product Filing Analyst

Job description

About the Role

In this role, you are the expert in product regulatory filings for Health and Medicare Supplement products. You will work with our pricing, legal and corporate compliance teams to ensure that our products meet regulatory standards established by state jurisdictions. You will also work with external vendors to monitor and approve the filings they submit on our behalf. As part of the Insurance Product Strategy team, you will have lots of opportunities to do regulatory research, such as searching for competitor filings and analyzing new regulation, to help guide strategy and prioritization for our Health insurance lines. You will also work closely with Life filing teammates to stay in sync on common business processes.

For Armonk, NY, the estimated base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $144,000.  The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.  At Swiss Re, we take a "total compensation approach" when making compensation decisions. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, short-and long-term incentives, and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
