Farmers Insurance Group is seeking motivated individuals for our Agent in Training program in the Greater Denver Area. This is your chance to receive exceptional training, learn from successful agency owners, and potentially own your own agency upon successful completion of the program.

Salary : Earn between $60,000 and $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, present sales pitches, and close sales
• Engage in community involvement
• Build networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
• Use lead management systems
• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
• Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong desire for personal and professional growth
• Must hold valid insurance licenses (or be willing to acquire them)
