Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking a well experienced Powder Coater for a warehouse that manufacture various types of faucets for homes and businesses in the city of Huntington Beach, CA.
Schedule: 2:15pm-11:00pm Monday through Friday
Requirements of a Powder Coater:
- Must be able to communicate discrepancies to team leader and be able to solve problems and implement solutions.
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with all safety regulations including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, persistence.
- Visual examination of finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications.

Responsibilities of a Powder Coater:
- Prepare parts for coating.
- Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems.
- Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects.
- Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within limitations.
- Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company-established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance.
- Track all defective parts on the rework report and identify/correct QC issues.
- Load and unload parts or products onto trays.
- Proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
