PNW Warehousing has an opening for a Bookkeeper in our rapidly growing company! We are looking for a self-driven, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker with prior experience in bookkeeping and proficiency in QuickBooks.

Conveniently located between the Port of Seattle and the Port of Tacoma, we offer a full-service menu for all your warehouse, freight consolidation, transload, and cross-dock needs. With 150,000 sq ft of storage space, we have all the tools to streamline our client's logistics operations. We are looking to increase our client base in the Newest Top of Line Facility with lots of room to grow.

Pay Scale: $26.00 - $30.00/hr depending on experience

Benefits:

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday, evening and weekends as needed

Position Summary: Full Charge Bookkeeper is responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting. This position will also be responsible for maintaining efficient internal controls and adherence to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures. Responsible for collections of all A/P and A/R functions and assisting with certain HR tasks (including payroll) and administrative office support.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass drug and background screens
• Expert QuickBooks skills
• Advanced computer skills (proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior office management experience (bookkeeping, customer service, project management)
• Experience working with AP/AR, payroll, and basic business bookkeeping requirements
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented ability to multi-task
• Well-organized and ability to work independently
• Experience in logistics/supply chain trade is a plus
