Role Summary:
In this role, you’ll be tasked with performing essential duties as a Learning & Development Specialist launching new training, maintaining, and improving existing training based on Iontra’s goals and your internal stakeholders’ needs. Success will be measured by projects being delivered on time, within budget, with high customer satisfaction, and meeting project requirements. This is a full-time hybrid role located in our Centennial, CO office in a fast-paced startup environment.
Salary Range: $90k-125k (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be part of the dynamic and exciting Project Management Organization (PMO)
- Oversee, in partnership with our HR organization, activities to drive a high performing culture where employees love to work
- Collaborate with Iontra’s leadership team to understand Iontra’s training needs and offer sustainable solutions
- Manage the training of new users for rolled out projects
- Design and develop creative, employee-centric learning solutions such as training programs, learning labs, and micro-learning modules across multiple modalities
- Manage internal communications with respect to training and certifications, including but not limited to, downtime notifications, new releases, newsletter, and other key announcements
- Serve as the liaison between the Project Management Organization and all departments at Iontra - communicating key learning initiatives
- Select and manage LMS in line with Iontra’s business and departmental goals
- Create and execute a plan on auditing learning assets
- Manage new training development projects ensuring project timelines are on track and spending is within budget
- Work with management to keep motivation high, celebrate achievements, and help the team adapt to change
- Produce lookback reports and capture lessons learned to identify best practices and improvement areas for future projects
You’ll Need These Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training, curriculum development, or instructional design
- In lieu of degree, additional years of experience may suffice
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Experience working with a variety of learning tools
- Experience in facilitating programs in person and virtually
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with multimedia development (audio, video, and/or animation)
- Experience working in a technical environment
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and WorkOtter
- PMP certification or equivalent
