Job Order: Release Train Engineer II
Location: Carmel, IN
Join our client in Carmel, IN, as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) playing a pivotal role in steering the Agile Release Train (ART) towards success. Resolve impediments, manage risks, ensure value delivery, and facilitate continuous improvement. We welcome non-local candidates but prefer local applicants. Local candidates must be able to come into the office based on team agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate coordinated ART release planning, ensuring effective communication and alignment with team agreements.
- Maintain transparency with clients and teams, managing backlog, ALM tool data integrity, and facilitating improvement of periodic ART reviews.
- Drive ART retrospectives quarterly or as needed, contributing to the RTE Community of Practice for enhanced coordination and collaboration.
- Coordinate major feature releases, ensuring ongoing value delivery involving multiple teams or ARTs.
- Fill gaps on the RTC (Release Train Calendar) and for the train.

Qualifications: - Essential: Agile mindset, servant leadership, technical aptitude, experience in Lean and Agile environments.
- Desirable: Advanced degree, Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP), PMP, SAFe Agilist.
