Job description
We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our Accounting-Finance team. The successful candidate must have experience in Not-For-Profit, C-Corp, S-Corp, and Partnership Tax, as well as a thorough understanding of relevant financial regulations. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's tax processes and developing strategies to optimize compliance. You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company.

As Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day tax operations, developing strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and providing advice on financial matters. You will work with other departments to ensure accurate filing of taxes, handle inquiries and audits, and monitor the company's overall taxation performance.
The successful candidate for this role must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in the Accounting-Finance industry. They must also have experience with Not-For-Profit, C-Corp, S-Corp, and Partnership Tax. Other competencies needed for this role include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
This position offers an annual salary of $100,000-$140,000, depending on experience. In addition to salary, we also offer generous benefits and perks, including vacation/PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Our company also offers bonuses and commissions for outstanding performance.
