As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing office administrative tasks, supervising office staff, organizing and coordinating appointments, and maintaining office records and systems. You will also assist with client inquiries, handle correspondence, and support the agency's daily operations.

Responsibilities

Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to office staff, ensuring they have the resources they need to perform their duties effectively.

Customer Service: Assist clients with inquiries, handle correspondence, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Records Management: Maintain accurate and organized office records, including client files, insurance policies, and other important documents.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role is preferred.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and staff professionally.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in office operations and records management.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team and foster positive relationships.
