Job description

Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has openings for an RN - Interventional Imaging . We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Carbondale, IL 62901

Assignment Start Date: 2/12/2024

13 weeks | Days | 10-hour shift | 40 hours/week with 36 hours guaranteed

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person.
• Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
• Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in continuing education.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience: Must have solid moderate sedation experience

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• A current Illinois Registered Nurse license is required
• A current BLS/BCLS Card is required
• PALS

EMR System: EPIC Knowledge/experience preferred

Shift: Days, 4 10-hour, 0700-1730, and on-call as needed is required.
