Job Description
We are looking for Industrial machinery mechanics with the ability to install, maintain, and repair factory equipment and other industrial machinery, specifically "casters" for coils.
Must be:
- Dependable
- Hard-working
- Positive-minded
- Willing to commute to Decatur, AL
Experienced is preferred, but we are open to a hard-working individual with a good attitude and job history.
Work Experience Candidates must demonstrate an ability to:
- A minimum of 3 year of maintenance experience required.
- A minimum of 1 year manufacturing or industrial setting maintenance required
- Run diagnostic tests to troubleshoot industrial or factory equipment
- Pressure wash
- Light paint work
- Inspect, adjust, clean, or lubricate equipment as preventative maintenance.
- Disassemble and repair machinery
- Work independently when necessary
- Replace old parts
- Tear down, replace, install, and assemble simple equipment, parts, components, and accessories
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely
Candidates must demonstrate an openness to:
- Work in a dirty environment (oil/ oil stains)
- No AC, but fans onsite
- Weather-based work environment
