Job Title: Bilingual Claims Specialist
Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract with possibility of Extension
Payrate: $30 - $33.50/hr. + Benefits
Description:
We are seeking a Bilingual Claims Specialist proficient in Spanish and English for an immediate opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in automobile claims processing and hold a bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities:
- Review and validate transportation damage claims
- Collect internal documentation and assess repair costs
- Conduct audits on vehicle repair invoices to identify potential fraud
- File and oversee claims processing, tracking outstanding claims for timely resolution
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve cost recovery processes
- Provide support to internal teams on transportation damage-related matters
- Serve as a point of contact for external suppliers and handle additional duties as assigned
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- 1-3 years of direct experience in automotive insurance claims processing
- Familiarity with automotive industry damage reporting standards (AIAG) is preferred
- Onsite presence required daily
