Job description

Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an Aerospace Engineer SME to support Space Systems Command (SSC) S4.

This is a full-time opportunity located in Los Angeles, CA.

***Contingent upon contract award***

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Provide SME support SSC /S4 staff members in transitioning traditional Acquisition Logistics products and processes into the SSC Digital Environment, System models, or other computer resources, to provide Digital Product Support Planning and Execution
• Participate in Digital Transformation (DT) working groups and coordinate with SSC PEO offices to ensure tools and processes are in place to support the DT at SSC
• Serve as an IPT member of the SSC DE/TE team and represent SSC/S4A in meetings, conferences, working groups, and others as needed
• Work with and report to SSC/S4A pertaining to daily work, responsibilities, and expectations

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance : Must have an active DoD Secret clearance and be able to maintain it.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher 

Years’ experience: A t least 8 years of experience in related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Years’ of experience: 

Master's degree or higher and at least 10 years of demonstrated experinece in a related field.
