Required Qualifications:

• Oversee requirements gathering and interpretation for infrastructure impacts across the portfolio pipeline.
• Supervise the requirements process in key projects, clarifying requirements as needed and ensuring understanding of business reasons among all teams.
• Manage design and implementation reviews throughout the project lifecycle for key business initiatives and core engineering projects.
• Actively participate in and lead design and implementation reviews as appropriate to ensure Operational Readiness before projects go into production.
• Provide expertise in data modeling, system integrations, best practices, and application testing.
• Collaborate with architecture and development teams during business planning sessions.
• Conduct evaluations of existing solutions, tracking and remediating issues and gaps for resiliency, risk, and performance.
• Offer technology guidance for inclusion in strategic plans and business strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in coding, peer review, and designing solutions within the Appian framework.
