Job description
PelMeds™ has been in operation as an independently owned pharmacy for the past 75 years. We are now located in both Waltham, and Fitchburg Massachusetts.
We are a closed-door full-service pharmacy that specializes in medication management services, compounding (human & vet), specialty products, specialized packaging, and delivery service.
Our customers range from residential schools, group homes, palliative care/hospice, assisted living residents, individual patients, and pet owners/veterinarians.
We are looking to expand our pharmacy department and are seeking Staff Pharmacist for our Fitchburg location. New Grads welcome to apply.
We Package and deliver to our customers, we utilize robotics for production along with technicians who can fill the medications. We have a lower remote team that manages the majority of the customer service calls and data entry.
Our Pharmacist manage the work flow, the technicians, and they answer MAP calls from our facilities, we do not get customers to our location, we provide most if not all customer service via phone. Looking for Pharmacists that are hard working, enjoys a health work life balance and is looking to thrive in an independent pharmacy.
Schedules we are looking for include Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, 10:00am -630pm, 11:30am-7pm, 12:30pm -9:00pm and Thursday -Monday 9:00am -5:30pm. (Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-3:00pm.
