Job description
Adrenaline Driven Adventures is Western Colorado’'s fastest-growing adventure rental and tour company! We are the only Polaris Adventures Outfitter for the entire area and are expanding quickly. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy learning new skills.
We expect the very best from our employees as far as customer service is concerned. Previous office experience is required as well as some familiarity with UTVs/ATVs & Dirt Bikes, Snowmobiles, Trucks, Trailers & other Fleet Vehicles.
Hours: Opening and Closing Shifts, Seasonal, Part-Time that can lead to Full-Time
Pay: $18-$24/hour based on experience + commission
Responsibilities
- Schedule Staff Meetings & Create Employee Work Schedule
- Attendance Policy Enforcement
- Enforce Communication Policy & Workflow
- Monthly KPI meetings with Fleet Washers, Adventure Techs, Adventure Guides, Adventure Specialists
- Employee satisfaction surveys & performance reviews
- Sales commission audits
- Assist with overflow calls
- Easily and efficiently handle all customer phone calls
- Audit phone/online sales & customer service performance on Podium
- Review the Phone Sales commission sheet and give feedback
- Follow up with after-hours messages and phone calls
- Affiliate & Influencer Sales
- Create retail orders, parts orders & office supply orders
- Create & follow up with customer orders
- Implement Shipping and Receiving processes
- Accounts payable and receivable invoices
- Manage Online & In-Store Retail Accounts
- Cash ledger reconciliation and deposits
- Approve refunds and early damage hold release
- Resolve Customer Disputes and Incident Cases
- Damage Fleet Coordination with Shop Director & Polaris Adventures
- Documenting and record damage invoices
- Submit Yearly Permit applications and reports: BLM, National Forest, State of Colorado PUC Service
- Understand fleet, self-guided experiences, private tours, group tours, custom tours
- Tour guide scheduling and coordination
- Understand Tour Guide preferences, strengths, weaknesses
- Forecast bookings and machines needed yearly
- Manage and understand the list of customer FAQs
- Audit and implement Customer Journey Automations
- Plan and prepare for special events & local events
- New product categories and ideas
- New customer target markets & development
- New projects, events & overall improvements
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Company culture and vision
- Resolve Customer Disputes and Incident Cases

Requirements:

Start date of March 15th, this is a seasonal position that usually lasts until November 15th, although there is room for advancement and year-round positions depending on the individual.
