POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of the Global Human Resources Team and reporting to the Sr. Manager Learning & Development, the Manager, Organizational Learning will further the leadership and managerial training initiatives across the company. The Organizational Learning Manager will coordinate the design, development, and execution of learning and development solutions in support of an overall talent management strategy for specified levels of the organization.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding Learning Needs – Identifying and research organization-wide learning and development needs through job analysis, appraisal methods and regular consultation with management and HR colleagues.
- Designing and Delivery of Learning Solutions – Develop, coordinate, and present learning and development programs on a wide variety of topics.
- Vendor Management – Identify and arrange suitable training and development solutions for employees.
- Supporting Career Development – Partner with stakeholders (e.g., Business Leaders and HR colleagues) to provide support to employees in managing their careers and their development.
- Manage a Learning Management Systems (LMS) – Managing the LMS which helps build capability to manage learning information efficiently.
- Building Sustainable Capability and Infrastructure in HR – Build capability in HR to develop and deliver learning solutions, including coaching/training HR staff and building documented protocol and materials for the FCC/ASR Group learning and development program.
- Measuring Performance and Continuously Improving – Measure training effectiveness, costs, and impact to building capability. Manage opportunities to achieve improvements and identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned.
- Maintaining Communication with Employees – Maintain communications with employees and relevant stakeholders to ensure employees have knowledge of learning opportunities
- Executive Coaching and Development – Manage executive level engagements in support of L&D and provide career development, coaching, and talent strategies to executive level stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5-10 years’ experience in the training & development function to include training development, implementation, and delivery. Experience in needs assessment, training curriculum development and the development of other types of training platforms, training effectiveness measurement, tracking and administration.
- Experience developing and deploying organization wide managerial training programs.
- Previous experience in a CPG focused company and/or manufacturing desired, not required.
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment and with those with diverse backgrounds.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS degree in HR or related discipline from accredited college/university.
- Advanced degree desired, but not required.
