We a leading hospital dedicated to providing exceptional physical therapy services to our patients. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:
Perform thorough evaluations of patients medical history physical condition and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidencebased therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patients mobility strength flexibility and overall function.
Provide handson manual therapy interventions as needed to address musculoskeletal impairments and promote healing.
Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques injury prevention strategies and home exercise programs to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members including physicians nurses and other therapists to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
Document patient evaluations progress and treatment plans accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory standards and insurance requirements.
Maintain professional licensure and stay current with advancements in physical therapy practice through continuing education and professional development activities.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of clinical protocols and best practices within the department.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy or related field required.
Current licensure from the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy required.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of musculoskeletal neurological and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients families and healthcare team members.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to providing patientcentered care and promoting optimal outcomes.
Ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and adapt to changing patient needs.
Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation preferred.
