- · Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- · Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- · Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- · Undertaking project tasks as required.
Additional Duties:
- Obtain & communicate requirements for site access, site safety training.
- Obtain & communicate site safety escalation & notification points of contact.
- Attend site update/progress project meetings and provide status update, document meeting notes/minutes and distribute to PM.
- Manage issue/action logs and provide PM/PE; escalate as appropriate.
- Manage project team relationships to ensure project tracking and escalations as needed.
- Manage program based upon defined project scope, timeline and "Approved For Manufacture" drawings; update project timeline as needed.
- Become “Eyes and Ears” on site to help the PMO maintain a visible daily presence at location for the company and for the client.
- Perform initial inspection and inventory of all gear shipped to the site and document the condition along with photos to the correct data storage location, as well as to the Project Manager.
- Be a liaison between personnel, the integrator and the Project Manager on all issues that come up during the day. This includes attending daily meetings and informing the Project Manager of any issues that arise.
- Take ownership of customer issues reported on site and see problems through to resolution by reporting them to the Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, Factory Quality Engineer and/or Electrical Sales and Service Engineer.
- Enter warranty claims with appropriate plant. Track and receive parts needed to resolve issues.
- Communicate and prioritize open issues (and parts) with EESS when they are scheduled to be on site. Update issue status as items are completed.
- Maintain a spreadsheet of all open issues with comments to provide updates to relevant parties.
- Attend any other company meetings as designated by the Project Manager. This may include scheduling meetings, Quality Control Review Meetings, etc.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to the Project Manager and/or the Plant Quality Manager.
- Generally, understand the progress of the project in relation to the construction and Cx schedule so we can evaluate if we are maintaining our schedule in relation to the client’s schedule.
- Maintain a good working relationship with the client and site personnel.
- Follow all Safety Protocols required on the site.
