We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.

Day-to-day tasks may include:
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and referrals by providing
excellent customer service and follow-up
* Utilizing consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and preferences and
recommending appropriate vehicles
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to become a trusted source
of information for customers
- Conducting professional and informative vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Negotiating prices and terms with customers to close sales
- Completing sales paperwork accurately and maintaining a customer database
- Reporting to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, and sales performance
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets
- Bringing a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the job every day.
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
