Job description
Looking to Hire a Sr Electrical Engineer with a background in PCB Design with Power Converter Experience as well as FPGA Experience. This is a Full Time / Direct Hire role, based in the Towson, MD Area.
Direct Hire: $160-175K
On-Site in Towson with remote capabilities after a few months
US Security Clearance: Position will require the ability to obtain a US Govt Security Clearance (Due to the nature of the work and the US Govt. requirements and regulations all candidates must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship)
Day to Day:
- Digital circuit design experience, including simulation & schematic capture through test and integration
- Prior hands-on prototyping and debug experience testing complex digital subsystems, such as complex circuit card development involving FPGAs, and/or embedded processors, and/or high-speed interfaces
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Aerospace and/or Defense industries, with at least 2 years of Team or Project Lead
- Must have a BS or MS Degree in Engineering preferably EE or ME
- Recent circuit card design experience utilizing circuit-related tools
- Experience with; Design and test DSP based digital control algorithms, FPGA modulators, and PLC based high-level system controller
- Current Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance is preferred
