Lead textile product development for brands of Mayzon in terms of composition/specification/quality; Develop textile products testing protocol & direct validation based on global textile testing standards to ensure quality/functionality; Identify/review/evaluate new textile materials, provide technical input to product design & realize key product requirements/cost efficiency; Create textile product specifications, lead set up process for SKUs & update ERP system with revised specs; Perform risk analysis & provide technical solutions for manufacturing to improve productivity/accuracy; Monitor quality control team to execute established inspection/testing procedures & evaluate textile products’ performance by reviewing testing/inspection reports; Analyze textile suppliers’ capability & performance against key indicators in development/costing/delivery/quality.
