Job description

Content Creation:
Develop compelling and industry-relevant content for Radiant Digital's LinkedIn, and various social platforms page.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align LinkedIn content with overall brand messaging.
Profile Optimization:
Optimize Radiant Digital's social media profiles for maximum visibility and engagement.
Implement best practices for creating an impactful company page.
Audience Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement on social platform.
Foster connections with industry professionals, clients, and potential collaborators.
Campaign Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of social marketing campaigns to promote brand initiatives and thought leadership.
Track and analyze performance metrics specific to ad content.
Market Research:
Stay informed about social trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing our specific platform strategy.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create platform-specific multimedia content.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate LinkedIn strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong passion for digital marketing, particularly on the LinkedIn platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube features, algorithms, and best practices and Ad platform management.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube analytics and reporting tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging LinkedIn content ideas.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain on top of current industry trends and groups.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
