Potential Acquisition Manager Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Acquisition Manager to join our innovative team. Specializing in real estate transformation, our mission at Reborn Solutions is to create win-win solutions for buyers and sellers while positively impacting the neighborhoods we serve.

Role Overview:

As an Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our success by focusing on closing hot and warm leads remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate and finalize deals aligning with our company's vision and goals. With our dedicated marketing team in place, you will have the support needed to focus solely on closing deals, without in-person appointments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Promptly and effectively respond to all leads
- Efficiently manage the pipeline of prospects
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Maximize conversion by timely follow-up on leads
- Serve as the primary contact for sellers, addressing inquiries and needs
- Negotiate mutually beneficial solutions and close deals
- Proactively prospect new leads through calls and canvassing
- Utilize CRM tools daily to maintain focus until deals are finalized
- Communicate efficiently with all involved parties for smooth transactions
- Attend business meetings and training sessions as required
- Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

- Business and/or sales experience with a proven track record

- Good attendance record

Compensation Structure:

- Commission-Based: 10% commission on the spread/profit of each closed deal
