Job description
As an Agile Transformation Coach, you will play a pivotal role on our enterprise systems integration program helping to ensure the seamless adoption and execution of agile methodologies within and across multiple program activities and stakeholders, and in driving the successful integration of new applications, systems, and enhancements to our client's customer-facing online marketplace, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Your subject matter expertise will be relied upon for instruction, recommendations, guidance, and implementation support helping to (i) align system and service delivery with and across the marketplace's systems integration plans, including coordination and integration across many marketplace IT project initiatives, their clients and vendors; (ii) facilitate, coordinate and oversee the end-to-end testing of new functionality(ies), capability(ies) and their successful and smooth delivery with internal and external stakeholders; (iii) ensure cross-team alignment of maintenance releases, and provide oversight support for critical marketplace business operations and processes; (iv) Formulate and define systems' scopes and objectives based on user needs and comprehension of applicable business systems and industry requirements; (v) Analyze or modify procedures to solve complex problems taking into consideration existing computer equipment capability(ies) and limitations, operating time, and desired business impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or similarly-relevant degree.
Certification(s):
- Preferred, but not mandatory:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Agile Coach certification (ICP-ACC, ICP-ACC, or similar) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) year's relevant experience consistent with the above job description and the below experience.
Required Experience:
- Agile Transformation Coach supporting large-scale enterprise environments, demonstrating successful implementation of agile methodologies in complex integration programs.
- Extensive knowledge of agile principles, frameworks, and best practices, with a track record of driving agile transformation and cultural change.
- Proficiency in/using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Leading teams and being a team leader
- Delivering software/systems to Production using SAFe, Agile and/or Scrum processes
- SDLC processes and tools and Agile or Scrum processes.
Demonstrated experience and ability to:
- Work(ing) in a highly collaborative environment with peers and senior government officials
- Think(ing) critically and analytically in an enterprise and systems-of-systems environment.
- Develop(ing) and manage(ing) execution of multi-stakeholder project plans for delivering SDLC-related products and risk mitigation plans.
Knowledge of:
- Programming and development using Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Hipchat, and Confluence
- DevOps practices and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
Desired experience/familiarity in/with:
- Enterprise systems integration and deployment within customer-facing online marketplaces.
- Federally facilitated health insurance marketplace or health insurance eligibility and enrollment.
