The Role
Do you want to be part of a growing Wealth Management Technology team that’s developing and delivering solutions to meet the expanding performance and analytics needs of the Enterprise? We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and collaborative individual to join our team.
As a key member of the Performance Measurement & Analysis (PMA) product area, the Investment Performance Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the technical implementation of performance capabilities, shaping the future of our product roadmap, and maximizing the value of our platform across the enterprise. You will partner closely with asset management, Fidelity’s distribution channels, and the broader organization to deliver a diverse range of investment performance and analytics capabilities to meet the needs of retail, intermediary, and Institutional Clients:

This dynamic Performance Measurement & Analysis Product Area is part of Fidelity’s Institutional Technology organization. We are responsible for a proprietary, enterprise-scale investment performance platform and contribute to several of Fidelity’s rapidly growing business areas. We partner closely with investment product and digital experience teams focused on offerings for both institutional and retail clients.

At Fidelity, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we’re calling “Dynamic Working”. Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity work location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
