Job description
LaSalle Network is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst with expertise in SAP ECC, specifically within the Materials Management and Sales and Distribution modules. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing the SAP system to meet business requirements efficiently. This would require the ability to be onsite in La Vergne, TN 3 days/week.
SAP Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Materials Management and Sales and Distribution processes
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of SAP ECC to configure and customize the system to align with business needs, focusing on Materials Management and Sales and Distribution modules
Lead the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring successful deployment and conducting thorough testing to validate system changes
Provide training to end-users on new functionalities and processes implemented in the Materials Management and Sales and Distribution modules
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve SAP-related issues
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes and enhancements for future reference and knowledge sharing
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within Materials Management and Sales and Distribution, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality
SAP Business Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a focus on SAP ECC
Expertise in SAP Materials Management and Sales and Distribution modules
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within the specified modules
Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and customization
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Prior experience in conducting user training and providing ongoing support
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
SAP ECC certification
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
Familiarity with other SAP modules
