*** Permanent, full-time position ( direct hire ) offering W2 annual salary with full benefits and relocation assistance Manufacturing and Industrial Operations Director :- Directing manufacturing and industrial engineering operations
- Build and manage teams, determine any recruitment / hiring needs and any adjustments needed to increase or reduce the workforce
- Supervise a number of manufacturing managers and both direct and contract manufacturing / production workforce
- Executive level reporting : track, analyze and report project milestones / status, ensure proper controls are in place, set and meet deadlines, forecast changes and communicate current and projected issues
- Leading multiple projects throughout their lifecycles from initiation to closure to meet the deadlines, cost / budget, and quality level
- Process design and continuous improvement of operations to ensure advanced manufacturing capabilities on site
- Work with external customers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety regulations, define scope of work, goals, deliverables, KPIs, budget, timing, and quality level
- Accountable for project results and managing the resources to achieve the goals
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (ideally an engineering degree) : Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or similar disciplines like Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, etc
- Actual managerial / supervisory and project managements experience in such senior roles as Manufacturing Director, Industrial Director, Plant Director, Engineering Director or similar level positions - REQUIRED
- PMP will be a PLUS
- Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering background and manufacturing / production line management experience
- Continuous improvement experience
