We are looking for a CFO to join our behavioral health facility in Sussex County, Delaware! MUST HAVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH Experience and MUST HAVE “ FOR PROFIT ” Experience.
This position is not Remote. Looking to relocate this candidate to Sussex County, Delaware * .**
Responsibilities include the compiling, analyzing and reporting on the financial performance of the facility. Conducts financial analysis to assess the facility’s short- and long-term range goals. Uses accepted financial and accounting principles, theories and concepts to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced costs, and increased revenues.

Experience
+ Required: Five (5) years of related experience
+ Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a behavioral health setting
+ Must have “for-profit” experience
+ Need to have experience working with insurance companies in a for-profit psych medical setting (chasing insurance companies)
Education
+ Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Finance, or related field
+ Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance area
Pay Details: $165,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year
