Job description

Balboa Island Golf Carts in Newport Beach, CA is looking for one admin assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities:

• *Support Senior Management and Sales Team *Field telephone calls and Internet inquiries *Greet visitors as needed *Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars as needed *Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials *Maintain an organized filing system *Conduct internet research as required *Place orders for office equipment or business needs *Enter data into reports as needed *Create email and postal mail campaigns

Qualifications:

• *Exceptional attention to detail. Independent, self-motivated, takes initiative *Ability to organize and create orderly systems. Strong keyboarding skills *Experienced in computer technology that includes Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook) Canva, Constant Contact * Social Media marketing including, TikToc, IG, FB, Google, Social Sinq

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
