Job description
This is a two-month temporary position
with the potential for a permanent role reporting directly to the CEO in Miami,
FL. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the
Executive Administrator to the CEO by handling various administrative tasks,
including documenting board minutes, managing calendars, sorting mail,
preparing invoices, assisting in booking conferences and events for the
executive team and board members, and collaborating closely with department
managers. Additional clerical duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum requirement: Associate's Degree in Business or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in a related field.
Essential Skills:
Attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
Proficiency with various computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new software and systems.
